Different Levels of Magic & Enchantment in other Campaigns

While the World of Selan is intended to be the primary game world for Alpha Arkana, every GM invariably puts their own spin upon the world, especially when it comes to magic.  Some GMs prefer a magic rich world, while others shy away from the glitzy glamour of enchantment preferring a much more gritty setting.  The following table details the specific amount of Magical Aptitude that a character needs to learn a certain Magic skill.  This change will make it easier or more difficult for every character to learn those skills.  The world should not be portioned out into Magic Rich / Magic Poor regions, nor should players and NPCs use different columns.
